"Teton Treasures" by Max Foster

"Teton Treasures was taken at Jackson Lake in Grand Teton National Park,” explains Foster. “This large lake offers abundant foreground opportunities along its rocky shore, and unobstructed views of the Teton range. On this particular evening, the water was calm and ideal for shooting long exposure reflections. I composed the scene and set my shutter to 20 seconds to smooth out the small ripples in the water. The reflected light and color perfectly complemented the multicolored rocks in the foreground. This was the first time I photographed the park from this angle, and the views of Mt. Moran were stunning!”
